Lucy Germein
Since graduating in 2013, Lucy has worked extensively with children and adults in a wide range of environments. These include private practice, hospitals (Modbury Hospital, Calvary Adelaide, Lyell McEwin) and Minda Assist Therapy. In addition to her clinical work, Lucy supports and mentors staff in both clinical and administration roles. Lucy is the practice director. In addition to client and business management, Lucy is working on the development of the new clinic. She is currently not taking on new clients as she is on MAT leave for 2024.

Alinka Krol
Alinka enjoys working with children, adolescents and adults of all ages to meet their communication goals. She has over 20 years of experience as a Speech Pathologist, supporting clients in their homes and communities and providing services in clinics, supported residential facilities, and rehabilitation settings. Alinka is passionate about supporting clients to achieve functional goals, working towards meaningful participation within their families and communities.
Her special interest areas include (but are not limited to!):

Alinka Krol

Julie Tan
Julie graduated from Flinders University in 1996 and has nearly 30 years’ experience working with adults who have communication and swallowing difficulties. In 2009, she worked at a major hospital in Singapore, with a caseload covering geriatric, general, communicable diseases, and outpatient wards. Julie can also speak Cantonese and some Malay and Mandarin. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, baking, travelling, and volunteering at an animal rescue. She is an avid animal lover, especially dogs.
Her special interest area is adult dysphagia (swallowing). She predominantly works with adult disability clients and aged care, providing a mobile service, and visiting supported accommodation, homes, aged care, and day option facilities. In addition, she runs training programmes for support workers, organisations, and families.

Julie Tan

Georgie Bezzina
Georgie enjoys working with paediatric, adolescent and adult clients with a variety of communication difficulties. She enjoys building a positive rapport with her clients and their families to best support them in developing their skills.
Georgie has a special interest in supporting clients in developing their social, language and executive functioning skills. She enjoys organising group therapy sessions and events where clients can work on developing their skills to assist them in forming friendships and connections in the community.
In her spare time, Georgie enjoys hiking and spending time at the beach.

Haylee Arnott
Haylee enjoys providing services using an individualised and warm approach to paediatric and adolescent clients presenting with a range of communication needs. She loves building strong therapeutic relationships with her clients and their families and working collaboratively with the child’s team to support them in being confident communicators in all settings. Haylee loves reading books, travelling, dogs, coffee at cute cafes and the gym.
Haylee is new to AASP in January 2024 and is currently taking on new clients. Haylee is especially keen to take on mobile clients in the South of Adelaide.

Shaely Stellini
Shaely is a compassionate new graduate paediatric speech pathologist dedicated to helping children develop strong communication skills with a focus on personalised, evidence-based care and building strong therapeutic relationships with clients and their families. Her special interest areas include early intervention for children with ASD and/or Developmental Delay and supporting clients to develop their social language skills. Shaely is committed to supporting children in reaching their full potential.
In her spare time, Shaely enjoys playing baseball and reading at the beach.

Lottie Hood
Lottie works with paediatric and adolescent populations in our Hindmarsh clinic. Her experience spans across New Zealand and Australian schools and communities, where she has forged strong connections with children, families and care teams. Lottie enjoys working with large teams (including home, school and specialists) to build knowledge and understanding of communication challenges. Lottie has a special interest in supporting articulation, social skills, and early language learning. Lottie believes that the best outcomes happen when strong relationships are formed
with children and families- connection is key! When she isn’t in the clinic Lottie enjoys travelling, being creative and spending time with her dogs!
Lottie brings a warm and friendly energy to our team and is eager to meet her new clients in 2025!

Speech Pathologist
Davina Hollowell
Davina works primarily with an adult caseload, specialising in dysphagia (swallowing disorders) and mealtime management as well as supporting effective communication for people living with neurological conditions, some of which include Dementia, Parkinson’s and brain injury.
She has experience working across aged care facilities, rehab and within the community, delivering therapy that is both evidence-based and person-centred to help clients maintain their independence and quality of life.
Outside the clinic, Davina enjoys cafe hopping, travelling, and spending time with her beloved pets.

Amanda Wurst
Amanda is an experienced, generalist speech pathologist working with children, adolescents and adults across a range of communication needs. She provides services in our Hindmarsh clinic and via mobile visits, including across northern Adelaide.
Amanda has a special interest in supporting clients with complex behaviours and also works with adults with swallowing needs. She values working collaboratively with families, carers and multidisciplinary teams to support meaningful outcomes.
Known for her friendly and approachable nature, Amanda creates a warm, supportive therapy environment and prioritises strong relationships with her clients—believing connection is key.
Amanda brings a compassionate, dedicated approach to our team and looks forward to supporting clients and families at All Adelaide Speech Pathology.

Catherine Tran
Catherine is in her final year of Speech Pathology at Adelaide University and is currently completing the requirements to become an Allied Health Assistant. Being in such a diverse team, she loves observing and learning about speech pathology in action, how professional speech pathologists work with a range of clients, and learning from real-life cases.
Cat also enjoys doing art in her free time, bringing her creative abilities into the clinic by redesigning the website and more.

Daniela Uzelac
Daniela is a second-year Speech Pathology student at Adelaide University and is delighted to be part of the team as a receptionist. She brings a friendly, caring nature to her role and enjoys creating a warm and welcoming environment for everyone who visits. Daniela is passionate about expanding her knowledge of speech pathology and is deeply motivated to help people achieve their communication and swallowing goals, improving their confidence and overall quality of life. She has a particular interest in paediatrics and loves learning about evidence-based approaches that create meaningful, positive change for children and their families.
Outside of her studies and work, Daniela enjoys travelling to new places, going on beach walks, staying active through exercise, and spending quality time with her family and friends. She values connection, lifelong learning, and making a difference in the lives of others.

Ludij Kennedy
Ludij is the friendly face you’ll find at reception and a current Speech Pathology student who is passionate about helping people find their voice.
With previous experience as a School Support Officer and inclusive sports coach, Ludij has supported children and young adults with diverse ways of learning and communicating. These experiences sparked her strong interest in working closely with individuals and their families in meaningful, practical, and client-centred ways.
She is familiar with NDIS and My Aged Care processes and enjoys supporting families to navigate referrals, service agreements, and funding options as part of our clinic’s intake and onboarding process. Ludij understands that these systems can sometimes feel overwhelming and welcomes any questions to help make the process clearer and more comfortable.
When she’s not studying or in the clinic, you’ll likely find her reading, painting, or planning her next travel adventure.

Cherie Barker
After graduating as a Speech Pathologist and Audiologist in 2008, Cherie has worked with many children and their families within the education sector in South Africa. Since moving to Australia, Cherie is now focusing on assisting practices with their administration and accounts and is excited about her new role at All Adelaide Speech Pathology. In her free time, Cherie loves exploring the beautiful city of Adelaide and spending time with her family at the beach.
